A SIMPLE COMPARISON BETWEEN a TEACHER and a SFI TEAM LEADER .
Teaching is the most noble profession in the world but Teachers are often one of the most neglected sector of our society . I am a proud son of Teacher's , I have seen the dedication and sacrifices that my father and mother did just to make sure that their students learn from them . But I am not happy about how the system is rewarding them . We will not become professionals or degree holders without somebody teaching us and giving us passing grades . Having a student who became successful in his/her profession does not affect in anyway the livelihood of a teacher . It is not because students are ungrateful , it is because that is how the system works . Our parents pay for our tuition fee's to schools/universities, the school hire and pay teachers to teach students so they can qualify to whatever profession the are studying . It is a business, schools take profit from the tuition fee that the students parents are paying them and just give fix salaries to the teachers so whether the students become successful or not ,it does not affect the financial life of a teacher . Teachers finds consolation in feeling proud when they see their students become successful . . .
WHAT IF THERE IS A SYSTEM THAT ALLOWS TEACHER TO EARN FROM WHAT THEIR SUCCESSFUL STUDENTS ARE EARNING, the more successful student a teacher will have the more income he/she will have . Would you think it will inspire our Teachers more to teach and help their students to become successful.
Being a SFI Team Leader for 5 years now, I already consider myself as a Teacher . Our School / University is SFI . Our students are the new affiliates who joined our Team . SFI do not ask us to pay anything to Study and Learn how to become a Teacher, SFI just give us all the information, training and tools so we will know how to build a successful online business . SFI give us a FREE opportunity to Learn and a chance to help others by teaching them what we learn from doing our business . SFI also do not ask our Students (new Affiliates ) to spend anything , they gave the new affiliates the same information, training and tools that we received and introduce us to become the teacher/mentor of the new Affiliates .
Here is the catch, SFI also do not pay us by just becoming a teacher/mentor , we only get our compensation once our students (new affiliates) learn and duplicate what we are doing . That means, if we do nothing then our students will not do anything but if we show our students how it should be done then they will follow our lead and we will all succeed. . The more successful students/affiliates we have the more earning we will have. And not just that, if our students learn and they become successful and teach other people, we will still earn from the people that our students teaches and help how to become successful . This goes on up to the 12 generation of our students/Affiliates. . .

Being a Teacher as a profession or being a SFI Team Leader requires patience and determination . The only difference is that it is easier to teach school children / students in school than teaching mature people how to change their mind set . It is very hard to convince people that nowadays there are ways to earn without working hard in a 8-10 job . That we can earn more if we change our mind set , work smart and accept the fact that the world has already changed . We are already living in a digital world where almost everything can be done online . . . AIM HIGH. DREAM BIG.
