When you finish your studies, you start the adventure of finding a job (very hard to be hired today),
At first you work a lot (due to reluctance to change, adaptation to discomfort, ignorance) and you get very much much less money than you deserve,
At work you see the discrimination in the early days, you are new, are looked with mistrust and incompetently categorized. When you show involvement, everyone uses you and nobody appreciates you. And I can continue ... but I stop here.
